Do your sales materials give buyers a reason to believe?

Buyers are looking for assurance before they add your company to their shortlist. These materials can provide it:

  • Case studies that document a customer’s starting point, experience and results
  • Landing pages that connect important claims to product detail and relevant customer evidence
  • One-pagers that give salespeople and internal champions clear, well-supported answers to common buyer questions

I create and revise healthcare sales materials, starting with the asset that has the most immediate job to do.

What I write and revise

Case studies and customer stories

Turn customer interviews and results into a concrete account of what changed and how the product contributed. Ground the story in information the customer can substantiate.

Websites and landing pages

Create or revise pages so buyers can quickly understand who the product is for, what it improves, how it works and what supports the claims.

Sales one-pagers and short decks

Organize the problem, value, product detail and proof into an asset that either a salesperson or an internal champion can use to move the conversation forward.

Follow-up emails and materials

Answer the questions and objections that remain after a conversation without requiring the salesperson to reconstruct the entire case.

Product and service messaging

Turn product knowledge and subject-matter expertise into clear core language that can be used consistently across sales and marketing materials.

Existing-material revisions

Strengthen an important page or piece when the useful detail is buried, the claims are too broad or the evidence isn’t doing enough work.

I also take on video scripts, white papers and other long-form healthcare assignments when they require careful research, interviews and synthesis.

What an assignment includes

The precise scope depends on the material, but a typical project includes:

  • Review of your goals, current copy and relevant source material
  • Focused subject-matter expert or customer interviews when information is missing
  • An outline or message direction before the full draft
  • Drafting, agreed upon rounds of revision and clean final copy

As I work, I trace important claims back to the product detail, customer experience or evidence underneath them. I’ll also tell you when the available information doesn’t support a claim, or when more information is needed before the writing can do its job.

Where should we start?

If you have a project in mind, we’ll begin with a conversation. We can talk through what you have, what may be missing and whether I’m a good fit for the work.

Let’s talk through your project

“Irene has written content for us since 2005, successfully translating the complexities of the healthcare supply chain into stories that connect with sales reps, clinicians, and executives alike. Her grasp of the material came quickly. She’s written for us a training-module library for device reps, along with product-explainer videos and supply-chain books, which have armed teams with the clarity they need to act decisively. If you need content that drives alignment between suppliers and providers, Irene is good to have in the room.”
